Our first chapter begins in Nkhata Bay, where we are planning an integrated lakeside destination featuring luxury hotels, private villas, modern apartments, high-street retail, beach clubs and nightlife venues. Inspired by renowned coastal destinations such as Mykonos, Tulum, Ibiza and Cape Town, our ambition is to create something distinctly Malawian with international appeal — and place Nkhata Bay firmly on the global map.
